Reseller Return & Warranty Policies 
Our goal is to make smart eyewear a success for your business. We employ the following retailer-centric policies to ensure you have peace of mind when working with Lucyd eyewear.
Returns. All domestic Lucyd wholesale orders are eligible for a cash refund if return is requested within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. International wholesale orders are not eligible for returns. 
Warranty. All Lucyd frames and lenses include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against any defects that activates at retail sale. Simply contact your Lucyd rep if you need a warranty replacement, or you can send your customer to our support channels to claim their warranty: info@lucyd.co or the help desk at 954-826-0329. Customer will need to provide a dated receipt to claim warranty. 
Exchanges. To support you in keeping bestsellers in stock, any frame purchased from Lucyd is eligible for exchange with another unit of equal or lesser price, for up to six months after receipt. Buyer is responsible for return and replacement shipping.
